Sarah’s mom contacted me about squeezing in a last minute session for her 2011 senior. I love, love, LOVE senior sessions! They rate right up there with newborn and engagement sessions…..oh what am I saying I love a little something about each and every type of session I shoot. I usually have a big ole smile plastered across my face no matter what I’m taking pictures of!
I met up with Sarah and her mom at one of my favorite locations! Sarah was awesome to work with. Isn’t she beautiful? She has beautiful big brown eyes the most amazing eye lashes! On top of that she’s as sweet as a cupcake!
Thanks for a lovely evening Amy and Sarah! It was great working with you!

Behind the Scenes:
No behind the scenes picture this time but I do have a little behind the scenes story for ya!
I had a little hiccup on the way to the shoot. A big “Where is your brain” moment. I was on my way to the meet Sarah and her mom and for some reason happened to look over in the passenger seat to make sure I had my camera. What do ya know it wasn’t in its typical spot. I had my lens bag and a couple scarves (I always take a few accessories along to senior sessions just in case an outfit needs a little fluffing) but NO camera. I remembered to grab everything else except the MOST important element.
I called my husband who thankfully was able to grab the camera and meet me halfway. Good thing I was headed to the session early. I had just enough time to meet my husband and head back out to the location without being late….whew! That’s the first time that’s happened and hopefully the last! Big lesson learned that day!

Love your pictures! They are so beautiful! Glad we got a chance to chat during our long wait for the dancey today.
see you bright and early tomorrow!
